Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Russia’s Chechnya region, has shared a video of Tesla’s electric pickup Cybertruck. In this, he has installed a machine gun on the Cybertruck. Kadyrov said that he will send it to fight in Ukraine in the war.
Kadyrov said, “I will soon send the Cybertruck to the war zone, where it will be useful as per the need. I am confident that this ‘Beast’ will prove helpful for the soldiers.” For this, Kadyrov also praised Tesla owner Elon Musk through a post on social media.
Kadyrov wrote, “We were given Tesla’s Cybertruck by Musk himself. I really enjoyed using this new technology pickup. While using it, I realized why it is called Cyber Beast. It proved that Musk is the most powerful and genius person of the new era. We are also waiting for his other products, which will prove helpful in the war.”
Kadyrov is a staunch ally of Putin
Kadyrov is a staunch ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He said that in May, 43,500 Chechen fighters took part in the war against Ukraine. However, Tesla or Musk have not yet reacted to Kadyrov’s statement.
Before Cybertruck, the armies of both Russia and Ukraine have used Musk’s Starlink satellite internet during war. However, Musk had said that he does not want his Starlink system to be made a part of the war.
Earlier in June, Tesla had recalled 11,688 Cybertrucks in the US. The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) had said that the company had recalled it to fix a defect in the windshield wipers of the vehicles.
