Ludhiana Crime News: Learned from PUBG Game, Bought a Printer and Print Fake 500 Rupee Notes to Enjoying Himself

After talking to his friend on PUBG game, Jaskaran Singh bought A4 paper from Ludhiana and printer from Flipkart and printed fake notes. He was enjoying himself with these fake notes, but was caught due to a mistake. Police has arrested him from Ferozepur. Fake notes worth thousands of rupees have been recovered from him.

Just 22 years of age and dreams are very high. 12th pass Jaskaran Singh alias Rajan was not interested in studies but he wanted to become rich as soon as possible. All the time the only thing on his mind was that without doing anything, somehow he should get a lot of money. And in the meantime, while playing PUBG game, he started talking to another boy named Ajit. One day Ajit told Rajan that printing fake notes is very easy. Just need to use a little bit of brain and after that it’s all fun. Rajan liked the idea and the very next day he started searching the internet for information about fake notes.

When he got information about his work from the videos available on YouTube and some other platforms, Rajan ordered a colour printer from Flipkart the very next day. Now he needed paper to print the notes. After a little effort, he got A4 size paper with a special GSM in Ludhiana. Then what, Rajan started printing fake notes at home. He used the hit and trial method to add security thread to these fake notes. He first printed fake notes of 100, then 200 and then 500.

He Enjoy luxury Life With Fake Notes

Rajan started living a luxurious life with the help of these fake notes, but one mistake proved costly for him. According to the report of Indian Express, Rajan initially used the fake notes printed at his home at food carts, burger stores and other small shops. Here his fake notes were not caught and he was having a lot of fun. But in the meantime he thought why not make a big hit now and for this he included a friend named Akashdeep Singh in his plan. Rajan gave him an amount of 50 thousand rupees in 500 rupee notes.

Rajan’s plan was that Akashdeep should circulate these notes among the gamblers. Gamblers often bet huge amounts of money in gambling and during that time no one has enough time to check the notes. But here Rajan’s luck did not favour him and the gamblers recognized his fake notes at first sight. The gamblers not only tore all the fake notes on the spot but also beat up Akashdeep. One of them later gave the police a clue about these fake notes.

Police Collect Fake Notes worth Rs 3.42 lakh

Jaskaran Singh alias Rajan, a resident of Machian Basti of Jira town in Ferozepur district of Punjab, enjoyed two months with the fake notes he had printed. Ferozepur police have seized fake notes of Rs 500, Rs 200 and Rs 100 from his possession. The total value of these notes is Rs 3.42 lakh. Police said that the recovered fake notes included readymade notes printed on both sides as well as those notes which were yet to be cut from A4 paper. Some notes were also recovered which were yet to be printed on the other side.

Akashdeep arrested, Police Searching for Ajit

The Ferozepur police have registered a case against Rajan under sections 178 (counterfeiting coins, government stamps, currency notes or bank notes), 180 (possessing counterfeit or counterfeit coins, government stamps, currency notes or bank notes) and 181 (making or possessing equipment or material for counterfeiting coins, government stamps, currency notes or bank notes) of the Indian Penal Code. After questioning Rajan, the police also arrested his accomplice Akashdeep Singh. The police is now also looking for a man named Ajit, who told Rajan about printing fake notes on PUBG.
