The category of non-institutional investors was subscribed the most at 252.46 times, followed by the quota of qualified institutional buyers receiving 138.75 times bids. Meanwhile, the retail investor portion also received a massive subscription of 130.99 times. The issue is entirely OFS based. Through OFS, AceVector Ltd and SB Investment Holdings (UK) aim to sell part of their stake in the company. The book-running lead managers for the IPO are IIFL Securities and CLSA India, with Link Intime India acting as the registrar.
