Gaud Group organized a live lottery on YouTube for its popular project ‘Gaud NYC Residences’. This is the first time that a private builder has allotted 1200 flats through a lottery among more than 3000 people. The main purpose of this process was to maintain transparency and fairness to all. The allotment of flats will be done between 8th and 10th September and it was supervised by Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, which ensured that the entire process was completed in a fair manner.

‘Gaur NYC Residences’ has 1200 luxury apartments, and within 24 hours of getting RERA approval, more than 3000 people applied for the flats. This project worth around Rs 3000 crore is being constructed on 11.8 acres of land near the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. It has modern facilities like 10 towers of 32 floors, a large and state-of-the-art three-storey clubhouse of 60,000 square feet and a 118 meter long swimming pool, which make it a luxurious and comfortable place.
