Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav today inaugurated the Madhya Pradesh Festival at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in Delhi and visited the exhibitions. ‘Madhya Pradesh Festival’ is being organized from 30 August to 2 September 2024, in which the rich art, tourism, cultural heritage, public welfare schemes and achievements of the state are being showcased in a big way.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is a rich state in terms of culture, art, cuisine, lifestyle, tourism, historical heritage and archaeology. This four-day festival has been organized to introduce the country’s capital to all these aspects of the state.

While specially praising the ‘Heritage of Madhya Pradesh’ exhibition organized by the Directorate of Archaeology, Archives and Museum, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this directorate is doing the challenging work of restoring old destroyed temples and shrines. Through the exhibition of the directorate, on one hand, Gond artists’ paintings have been honored and on the other hand, a wonderful effort has been made to present the ten thousand year old rock painting of Bhimbetka in front of everyone. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed hope that the visitors of the festival will definitely enjoy eating the dishes of Shrianna.

Chief Minister Dr Yadav clicked a selfie with the Chief Minister’s cutout at the selfie booth in the Public Relations Department’s exhibition. Appreciating the Public Relations Exhibition, he wrote in the visitor’s book, “The Madhya Pradesh Utsav has been organised in a very good and appropriate manner, congratulations.”
