He said that if you do this kind of business in the whole of India like shops making mutton, chicken and they have this masala, then by adding this masala while making handi mutton, fish or chicken, it can be made very tasty and healthy.

He told that the way Maggi masala is made, this masala has also been prepared in the same way. Gopal told that there is no need to mix any other homemade masala in this masala. Yes, if you have ground masala at home then you can definitely use it, but the masala available in the market is adulterated due to which it does not taste good.

He said that if you use our handmade recipe, you will get at least 80 percent purity. This is because the temperature at which we are cooking those spices ensures that their purity is maintained.

Gopal told that the ingredients to be added in every spice packet are already written on it, only after this he gets the license.

Gopal said that we have prepared this masala by mixing 26 types of spices. Some of them are turmeric, red chilli, black pepper, bay leaf, cardamom, big cardamom, cloves, mace and celery. He said that if you do not do any work from the heart, then you should not do it at all. From the very beginning, we wanted that four people should know us. We wanted to do something so that people know us and that is why I started this work.

He said that I taught this recipe to the people of the country. I taught this recipe to people both online and offline. Today I also train people on WhatsApp. We laid the foundation of Old Champaran Meat House in 2014 and in 2016 we uploaded the first video and spread this information to the people. I taught people this recipe in 8 episodes on Doordarshan. They sent this video to 42 countries. I tell people that the more you share knowledge, science and cuisine, the more it will increase and it will not decrease at all.

He said that there is one more benefit of cooking mutton in a handi and science also believes that the pH level and alkaline level of a handi is balanced. The handi mutton made in Nepal is actually cooked in an open handi, whereas in Motihari the mutton is cooked by closing the handi. But when we started cooking mutton in a handi, we put a dough ball around the handi and made a small hole on top.

Gopal explained that what happens is that when you cook mutton in this way, the pot starts taking oxygen from that area and when the mutton gets cooked, dew drops start forming on the lid of the pot and when they melt, the pH level and 12 minerals like alkaline increase in the mutton but this happens only when cooked on low flame.

Gopal said that he has given recognition to Handi Mutton not only at the national level but also at the international level. He said that he had received an invitation from America regarding this. Where I was offered money to share the recipe but I said that this is knowledge and if you want, you can also learn to make recipes online.

Gopal said that he started this work by observing how foreign companies are doing business. He said that I made a machine in which you can put mutton and the mutton will cook on its own. Apart from this, there is handi mutton which has to be stirred repeatedly by hand. I have prepared all kinds of machines but until you do not get help from the government, you cannot give a foundation to any dream.

Gopal said that the central government may have made some arrangements but unless you have land, how can you start any work. I had told the government that I have 50 types of dishes and I want a place to bring them on one platform. I had said that give me a small place where I can keep such things.

He said that I can prepare mutton in 10 ways and when it comes to veg and non-veg, I can prepare a lot of dishes and for that I will need a platform.

Gopal said that some of the main dishes are Ahuna Mutton, Bamboo Mutton, in which to make bamboo mutton I converted the bamboo itself into a pressure cooker and prepared the gravy inside it. He said that I did this work by looking at the physics and chemistry of everything so that there is no unhealthy quality in anything.
